Vlad Belopolsky is the founder and CEO of WiseClean, a home cleaning marketplace in Tallinn that turns every cleaning visit into training data for humanoid robots. As a solo founder he grew the business to €215K GMV in 2025 and is now turning WiseClean into the source of data for the humanoid robotics industry.
Vlad has 26 years in tech, from software developer through to CEO. He co-founded and exited an IT outsourcing company, and also founded startup Speakerguru - VR platform for corporate trainings.
