You may browse public information and use it for lawful research. You may not scrape at a disruptive rate, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or submit information you know is false.
Submitted content
You retain ownership of your original submissions and grant AzerStartup the permission needed to review, format, publish and maintain them. You must have the right to submit any text or file and must not upload third-party logos or photos without authorization.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep data current but cannot guarantee that every public fact remains complete or error-free. Sources and last-checked dates are provided so users can assess context. Material decisions should be confirmed with the relevant official party.
Enforcement
We may reject, unpublish or archive content and suspend accounts that create safety, legal or integrity risks. Administrative actions are subject to role checks and audit logging.
