In its 18 September 2026 announcement, IDDA reported an Ecosystem Meetup held during Baku ID with representatives of around 20 technology companies and startups.
Discussions covered technology parks, access to markets and skills. IDDA also presented OpenWave, which connects organizational challenges with startup solutions and prototype trials. The agency described September work with Plug and Play, Azerbaijan Railways and Baku Metro. This is a report on a completed meeting, not an announcement of a new application round.
