The Openwave Open Innovation Hackathon brought 15 selected teams together to develop digital solutions for governance challenges in Baku's Narimanov district.
Projects addressed citizen communication, infrastructure issue reporting and digital accountability. Digi Solution, ExaMinds and Conflict placed first, second and third respectively, sharing a total prize pool of AZN 10,000.
