About

KOBIA has awarded Startup Certificates to 10 more projects after reviewing 16 applications at the latest meeting of its Expert Council. The agency says the decision takes the reported cumulative number of certificate recipients to 302.

The new projects are Cafegoo, Kataloq.app, SmartCart, FitNest, iHappy.az, GülSəbəti, GoTruck, Modbender, Dashly and Talantly. Their official descriptions cover restaurant discovery and operations, digital catalogs and inventory, self-service retail checkout, fitness memberships, digital gift cards, flower and gift commerce, freight management, fashion combinations, restaurant workflows and AI-assisted talent assessment.

KOBIA's official registry lists 10 August 2026 as the certificate date for entries 293–302, while the agency announced the decision on 26 August. A Startup Certificate gives a qualifying micro or small business a three-year profit or income tax exemption for revenue from innovation activity. The certificate confirms the official decision; it does not establish investment, revenue, market share or every commercial claim made by a project.

AzerStartup has added all 10 projects as source-backed profiles in English and Azerbaijani. Product websites were attached only where the public identity match was unambiguous, and no founder relationships were inferred solely from the name of an individual certificate recipient.
