Ten more projects receive Azerbaijan's Startup Certificate

KOBIA approved 10 of the 16 projects considered at the latest meeting of Azerbaijan's Startup Certificate Expert Council. The agency says the decision takes the reported total number of certificate recipients to 292.

The new certificate projects are Be Positive Life Planner, İxtisas.info, Invitation.az, Rekrio AI, GRC Lab, Bamello AI, Coo, İşBurda, CVAI.AZ and Yolutap. Their official descriptions cover personal productivity, education and career guidance, event coordination, AI-assisted recruitment, governance and compliance, urban traffic analytics, business operations, job listings and job-specific CV preparation.

KOBIA's registry records 10 August 2026 as the certificate date, and the agency announced the decision on 19 August. The certificate gives qualifying micro and small businesses a three-year exemption from profit or income tax on revenue from innovation activity. It confirms the certificate decision; it should not be read as evidence of investment, revenue, market share or every commercial statement made by a recipient.

AzerStartup added nine new source-backed project profiles from this decision. Rekrio AI was not imported again because a user-submitted public profile already exists, preventing a duplicate record.
