SAVILA is an integrated smart infrastructure ecosystem that connects the physical and digital layers of buildings, industry, agriculture, and controlled environments.

Its physical layer, ASA Smart Wall, is a lightweight, prefabricated modular wall system engineered with predefined pathways for mechanical, electrical, communication, and future sensing infrastructure. BIM coordinates the design and fabrication process before installation, reducing on-site cutting, chasing, demolition, waste, and rework.

Its intelligence layer, ZEXA, provides IoT-based environmental monitoring and control, connecting sensors, equipment, and building or facility management systems through protocols such as MQTT and Modbus TCP. ZEXA can operate locally and retain data during internet disruptions.

Together, these technologies create a configurable infrastructure platform in which physical construction, digital design, sensing, and environmental control are engineered as one system.
